Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any statutory rights, warranties, or non-excludable consumer guarantees provided under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Australian Consumer Law / ACL). Where the ACL applies, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

• Free Hire Offer: Quick Pick Vending provides $0 machine hire, free installation, free restocking, and routine maintenance for host locations that meet our minimum daily foot traffic and site criteria.
• Site Discretion: Submitting a request form does not create a binding obligation on Quick Pick Vending to install equipment. Machine placement remains subject to physical site inspection, safety approval, and available inventory.
• Ownership: All vending equipment, smart telemetry sensors, payment readers, branding, and product inventory remain the exclusive property of Quick Pick Vending at all times.

If a Quick Pick Vending machine is placed on your premises, the host venue agrees to:

• Provide a safe, sheltered indoor placement area accessible to staff and site visitors.
• Provide a continuous, dedicated 240V / 10A standard Australian electrical power outlet at no cost to Quick Pick Vending.
• Notify us promptly if the equipment experiences power loss, damage, or malfunction.

All content on this website—including logos, designs, graphics, branding, and copy—is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited licence to view the website for personal or internal business evaluation only. Reproduction or commercial misuse of our intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

• We strive to ensure continuous site availability, but we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or suspend any part of the site at any time.
• Users must not attempt to hack, introduce malware, or scrape data from our website.

To the extent permitted by law (and subject to your non-excludable rights under the ACL):

• Quick Pick Vending is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or service interruptions.
• Information on this website is general in nature, and we do not warrant that all site details are error-free or completely current at all times.

These terms are designed to comply with Australian Unfair Contract Term laws under the ACL. No clause is intended to create a significant imbalance of rights or cause detriment to small business clients or consumers.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any legal dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
